Global Page: View Team and Member Leaderboards

Overview

The Global Page provides a comprehensive view of the gamification progress across your organization, featuring both Team and Individual leaderboards.

Accessing the Global Page

1. Log in to your Jira account.

• Look for the "Collaboration Champion" icon in the top navigation bar Apps.

• Click on the icon to open the Global Page.

Features and Navigation

1. Team Leaderboard

• Displays all participating teams ranked by their average member points.

• For each team, you'll see:

  • Team name and avatar

  • Current team level and badge earned

  • Average points per team

If we click the team name, we will be taken to this team profile page.

2. Member Leaderboard

• Shows top-performing individuals across all teams.

• Each entry includes:

  • User name and avatar

  • Current level and badge earned

  • Total points earned

If we click the member name, we will be taken to this member profile page.

3. Leaderboard Filters

• Filter options include:

  • Specific team

  • Specific team members

Interacting with the Global Page

• Select a specific team to show all its team members in the right Member Leaderboard

• Click Reset button to unfilter the Team and Members(s) selections

• Click Team Name column to sort alphabetically in Team Leaderboard

• Click Team Member column to sort alphabetically in Member Leaderboard

Troubleshooting

• If No team data retrieved, please ask your Jira Administrator to configure teams through Admin Page: Configure Teams and Levels.

• If your expected teams are not shown in the Team Leaderboard, please ask your Jira Administrator to configure teams.
