Accessing the Issue Panel

I can’t hear the sound when I perform actions on an issue.
The two conditions to play sound are:
Sound toggle is ON for Jira users;
Click the issue panel area of Collaboration Champion to activate sound playback.
Only below actions will award the correpsonding points:
Create/Complete Issues + 3 Points
Assign/Update status/Comment on Issues + 2 points
Update priority/Log work/Mention someone in the issue description + 1 point
