User Manual of Sprint Reviewer Pro App
App Access
After the installation, please go to Apps in the top menu to choose the new app Sprint Reviewer Pro:
Sprint Reviewer Pro will check license firstly with the message: Checking liciense…
When App license is inactive, a warning message will display to remind customers of renewing the app.
When App license is active, Sprint Reviewer Pro will show "Loading Jira project data... Please wait a moment":
Project & Boad Search
After projects and boards list data are loaded, you will see the Search page:
Once we select a specific project, Board will populate all the scrum boards for this project:
When we click Search button, the page will display "Loading Sprint data...":
Sprint Data Display
After several seconds, the sprint data will be shown in a table as follows:
Configure Estimation methods
Click Settings to set Estimation methods and adjust MAX sprint records returned after each search. The default configuration is:
Estimation: Story points
Adjust MAX sprint records (10-50): 20
We can change the two configurations and then click Submit to submit the changes:
The sprints will be returned with the new configurations.
Export Sprint Data
Once all of the sprint data has loaded, you can click on the Export button to export it to a CSV file. This way you can process it however you like.
